Adding Meteor Showers To Clouds

I added meteor showers to the clouds. I'll probably swap it to lightning or something in the future. I just want it to make the forest catch fire and it was the only fire vfx i had at hand. I also updated the forest PCG to use Perlin noise to make it look a little better. Also scaled up the water spirit to make it easier to see.
