Astral Projection and Procedural Generation

Fixed up the astral projection that had an issue where if you looked too vertically the forward vector of the camera wouldn't be on the nav mesh and would fail the eqs query. Also updated the PCG graph to use the new way of generating the forest. Updated the init plant to use a tag from the PCG graph to pick a random plant stage.
