Grow Around Player

I changed the growing so that it happens around the player instead of everything universally. The forest looks much more varied now. To do that I had to add a can grow function to the plant interface so that you can check and not start growing the plant before it's ready. I also changed it so that the tree will have physics when it dies so it can fall over instead of just changing it too a different static mesh.
